What little girl wouldn't want to feel like princess in this adorable tutu dress. Perfect for dress up, Halloween costume, Magical vacation, etc.

Blue crocheted top has yellow lacing and red & white tulle sleeves.  Bottom has yellow tulle.  Yellow glitter crown headband has Snow White resin and colorful gems on a nylon stretch headband.

Tutu dresses are traditionally short by design and made to twirl! Layering underneath is often needed for comfort or coverage. We recommend wearing bike shorts or tights beneath the tutu and cami for best results.
